How to Make EZ peachy pork chops
- Brown chops in oil on both sides till VERY brown.
- Sprinkle chops generously on both sides with black pepper. Pour liquid from canned peaches into pan with chops, bring to a simmer.
Cut peaches into small pieces and add to pan.
Stir in orange marmalade.
Cover and simmer till liquid thickens and chops are done.
- Spoon peaches and sauce over chops and serve.
