i came up with this the other night on the spur of the moment, and it was a MAJOR hit with my hubby. (wish i had taken a picture, i will next time.)

Ingredients

2 large
pork chops
2 Tbsp
olive oil
fresh ground black pepper
1 can(s)
peaches (preferably clingstone), with syrup
2 Tbsp
orange marmalade

How to Make EZ peachy pork chops

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown chops in oil on both sides till VERY brown.
  • 2Sprinkle chops generously on both sides with black pepper. Pour liquid from canned peaches into pan with chops, bring to a simmer.
    Cut peaches into small pieces and add to pan.
    Stir in orange marmalade.
    Cover and simmer till liquid thickens and chops are done.
  • 3Spoon peaches and sauce over chops and serve.
    Beautiful and delicious!!
