emily's ham & cheese bake
This is my family's favorite casserole. It's a cheesy potatoey hammy masterpiece! (Well, in our tummy's anyway, and hopefully yours too :-) )

Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes (6 if you use the really large ones)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons flour, heaping
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups diced or cubed ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (any type)
How To Make emily's ham & cheese bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Peel and grate the potatoes and onion. Combine all ingredients and spoon into well greased 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2Bake for 45 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 min.
