This is a recipe that I adopted from JAP. I made it as written and will make them again. A very tasty meat ball and just about effortless to cook. I am so glad I adopted this little baby.Yum!

ground meat - beef, veal and pork
salt and freshly ground pepper
How To Make
Mix first six ingredients, shape into small balls.
Brown in butter.
Add stock, cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the meat balls, keep warm.
Thicken the gravy with the flour blended with a little cold water.
Cook 5 minutes then add sherry. Reheat meat balls in gravy.
