This is a recipe that I adopted from JAP. I made it as written and will make them again. A very tasty meat ball and just about effortless to cook. I am so glad I adopted this little baby.Yum!

Ingredients

2 lb
ground meat - beef, veal and pork
1
onion, grated
1/2 c
bread crumbs
pinch
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
2
eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp
butter
2 c
stock
4 Tbsp
flour
1/4 c
sherry

How to Make Easy Swedish Meat Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix first six ingredients, shape into small balls.
  • 2Brown in butter.
  • 3Add stock, cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 4Remove the meat balls, keep warm.
  • 5Thicken the gravy with the flour blended with a little cold water.
  • 6Cook 5 minutes then add sherry. Reheat meat balls in gravy.
