How to Make Easy Swedish Meat Balls
1Mix first six ingredients, shape into small balls.
3Add stock, cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
4Remove the meat balls, keep warm.
5Thicken the gravy with the flour blended with a little cold water.
6Cook 5 minutes then add sherry. Reheat meat balls in gravy.
