easy swedish meat balls
This is a recipe that I adopted from JAP. I made it as written and will make them again. A very tasty meat ball and just about effortless to cook. I am so glad I adopted this little baby.Yum!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground meat - beef, veal and pork
- 1 - onion, grated
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- pinch salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups stock
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup sherry
How To Make easy swedish meat balls

Step 1Mix first six ingredients, shape into small balls.

Step 2Brown in butter.

Step 3Add stock, cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 4Remove the meat balls, keep warm.

Step 5Thicken the gravy with the flour blended with a little cold water.

Step 6Cook 5 minutes then add sherry. Reheat meat balls in gravy.
