  • 4 - bone-in pork chops
  • 1 can reduced-fat, condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make easy succulent skillet chops

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in lg skillet, over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the soup, apple juice, mustard, honey, and salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Cover, reduce heat. Cook until pork is cooked through.
