Easy Pork Chops and Rice
1 can(s)condensed mushroom soup
1 can(s)milk (use soup can as measure)
1/2 cdry minute rice
1 can(s)button mushrooms, drained, optional
6pork chops or pork steaks
·pepper to taste
How to Make Easy Pork Chops and Rice
- Mix soup and milk. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Add rice (and mushrooms if using) and mix slightly. Place pork chops on top, sprinkle them with a little pepper, cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer until pork is thoroughly cooked.
You probably do not need to add salt as the soup contains salt.
