How to Make Easy Pork Chops and Rice

  1. Mix soup and milk. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Add rice (and mushrooms if using) and mix slightly. Place pork chops on top, sprinkle them with a little pepper, cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer until pork is thoroughly cooked.

You probably do not need to add salt as the soup contains salt.
