Ingredients

  • 6 medium
    pork chops
  • 6 medium
    potatoes
  • 1 medium
    onion
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    cooking oil

How to Make Easy Pork Chop Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown pork chops in a skillet. Spray or grease a large baking pan. Add pork chops to pan.
  2. Peel and slice 6 medium potatoes. Cover pork chops with sliced potatoes. Slice oninon- put on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper to your taste.
  3. Mix 1/2 c. water with can of cream of mushroom soup. Pour over all. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake approximately 1 hr at 375 degrees.
