How to Make Easy honey pork cutlets w/ pecans
- Place flour on a plate. Dredge cutlets in flour. In lg skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter over med-high heat. Add cutlets to skillet and brown on both sides.
- In small bowl, combine remaining butter, honey and pecans. Add butter mix to skillet. Stir to melt butter. Cover, simmer over med-low heat for about 8 mins.
- Remove cutlets to a platter and spoon any sauce w/ pecans over cutlets.
