Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork loin cutlets, ( thin , about 1/4" thickness)
- - flour for dredging pork
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
How To Make easy honey pork cutlets w/ pecans

Step 1Place flour on a plate. Dredge cutlets in flour. In lg skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter over med-high heat. Add cutlets to skillet and brown on both sides.

Step 2In small bowl, combine remaining butter, honey and pecans. Add butter mix to skillet. Stir to melt butter. Cover, simmer over med-low heat for about 8 mins.

Step 3Remove cutlets to a platter and spoon any sauce w/ pecans over cutlets.
