One of my 'go to recipes' when I'll be gone all day and still want a great meal when I get home. Expect great reviews when you cook this one..

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

4-5 lb
pork roast - not pork tenderloin as you need some fat
2 large
onions
4 pkg
pork gravy mix
8 oz
water
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
garlic powder

Step-By-Step

1Spray 6 QT. Crockpot liner with Non-stick product, such as Pam
2Cut onions up into chunks and place in bottom of crockpot
3sprinkle pork with the salt and garlic powder and place on top of onions
4Sprinkle contents of pork gravy mixes over the pork
5Pour the water around the roast
6Cook on High for 5 hours or on low for 8-9 hours.
7If the gravy is too thick, add a little water, if not thick enough, add a little cornstarch/water to thicken it.
