Slow Cooker Crock Pot

4-6 hungry people
Ingredients
- 4-5 pounds pork roast - not pork tenderloin as you need some fat
- 2 large onions
- 4 packages pork gravy mix
- 8 ounces water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make easy crockpot roast pork

Step 1Spray 6 QT. Crockpot liner with Non-stick product, such as Pam

Step 2Cut onions up into chunks and place in bottom of crockpot

Step 3sprinkle pork with the salt and garlic powder and place on top of onions

Step 4Sprinkle contents of pork gravy mixes over the pork

Step 5Pour the water around the roast

Step 6Cook on High for 5 hours or on low for 8-9 hours.

Step 7If the gravy is too thick, add a little water, if not thick enough, add a little cornstarch/water to thicken it.
