Ingredients

  • 4-5 lb
    pork roast - not pork tenderloin as you need some fat
  • 2 large
    onions
  • 4 pkg
    pork gravy mix
  • 8 oz
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Easy CrockPot Roast Pork

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray 6 QT. Crockpot liner with Non-stick product, such as Pam
  2. Cut onions up into chunks and place in bottom of crockpot
  3. sprinkle pork with the salt and garlic powder and place on top of onions
  4. Sprinkle contents of pork gravy mixes over the pork
  5. Pour the water around the roast
  6. Cook on High for 5 hours or on low for 8-9 hours.
  7. If the gravy is too thick, add a little water, if not thick enough, add a little cornstarch/water to thicken it.
