Easy Crockpot Pork Tacos

3-3 1/2lb pork roast(i usually use pork loin, but shoulder is good, too.)
1 can(s)
(14-15oz) enchilada sauce
1 can(s)
(4oz) diced green chilis, undrained
2 tsp
onion powder
1/4 c
chopped fresh cilantro, or 1t dried(optional)
tortillas(corn or flour)
shredded cheese

How to Make Easy Crockpot Pork Tacos


  • 1Put the roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle with the onion powder and cilantro(if using). Dump in the enchilada sauce and chilis. Cook on low 8 hrs.(or on high for 4-5), until pork is tender. Shred pork into sauce with forks and stir to coat. Serve on warm tortillas with cheese.
