Ingredients

    3-3 1/2lb pork roast(i usually use pork loin, but shoulder is good, too.)
  • 1 can(s)
    (14-15oz) enchilada sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    (4oz) diced green chilis, undrained
  • 2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh cilantro, or 1t dried(optional)
  • ·
    tortillas(corn or flour)
  • ·
    shredded cheese

How to Make Easy Crockpot Pork Tacos

Step-by-Step

  1. Put the roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle with the onion powder and cilantro(if using). Dump in the enchilada sauce and chilis. Cook on low 8 hrs.(or on high for 4-5), until pork is tender. Shred pork into sauce with forks and stir to coat. Serve on warm tortillas with cheese.
