Ingredients
- 1 - 3-3 1/2lb pork roast(i usually use pork loin, but shoulder is good, too.)
- 1 can (14-15oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 can (4oz) diced green chilis, undrained
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or 1t dried(optional)
- - tortillas(corn or flour)
- - shredded cheese
How To Make easy crockpot pork tacos

Step 1Put the roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle with the onion powder and cilantro(if using). Dump in the enchilada sauce and chilis. Cook on low 8 hrs.(or on high for 4-5), until pork is tender. Shred pork into sauce with forks and stir to coat. Serve on warm tortillas with cheese.
