easy crockpot pork tacos

This is such an easy and delicious meal...one of my family's favorites!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 3-3 1/2lb pork roast(i usually use pork loin, but shoulder is good, too.)
  • 1 can (14-15oz) enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (4oz) diced green chilis, undrained
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or 1t dried(optional)
  • - tortillas(corn or flour)
  • - shredded cheese

How To Make easy crockpot pork tacos

  • Step 1
    Put the roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle with the onion powder and cilantro(if using). Dump in the enchilada sauce and chilis. Cook on low 8 hrs.(or on high for 4-5), until pork is tender. Shred pork into sauce with forks and stir to coat. Serve on warm tortillas with cheese.
