- One - yellow onion, sliced
- Two teaspoon garlic, chopped (i keep a jar of this in the fridge)

- 1 dash lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, light
- 1 teaspoon died tarragon
How To Make easy crockpot pork ribs
-
Step 1Remove any excess fat from pork ribs, then brown ribs lightly in olive oil. Set aside on plate.
-
Step 2Place carrots and potatoes in microwave-safe dish, add water to cover, microwave for about 4 minutes on high. Drain off water.
-
Step 3Make a layer of onions, potato slices (these can also be placed around the inside of the crockpot) and carrots, place a pork rib on top. Sprinkle some of the garlic and spices on meat, then repeat process until crockpot is filled. Pour apple cider vinegar over everything, put the lid on, fire up the crockpot, and simmer everything on low for at least 8 hours. If you like, sprinkle a little brown sugar in there, too. This is the sort of recipe that lends itself to being inventive. Enjoy.
