    ground pork

    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin

How to Make Easy Chorizo Sausage

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix spices together in small bowl.
  2. Add to ground pork and knead in spices thoroughly.
  3. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate to blend spices.
  4. Wrap what you don't use and freeze it for later.
