*easy breaded pork cutlet*

When I'm on a budget (which is always) I get pork cutlet from the store and the rest of the ingredients I usually have on hand already! This is super easy and makes the cutlet taste so good :)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork cutlet
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 - beaten egg
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (regular or italian)
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil

How To Make *easy breaded pork cutlet*

  • Step 1
    Cut meat into four portions.
  • Step 2
    Coat meat with flour, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Combine egg and milk separately.
  • Step 4
    Dip into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs and cajun seasoning.
  • Step 5
    Heat oil in a skillet and cook cutlets 3-4 minutes per side.
