*easy breaded pork cutlet*
When I'm on a budget (which is always) I get pork cutlet from the store and the rest of the ingredients I usually have on hand already! This is super easy and makes the cutlet taste so good :)

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork cutlet
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - beaten egg
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 cup bread crumbs (regular or italian)
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make *easy breaded pork cutlet*

Step 1Cut meat into four portions.

Step 2Coat meat with flour, salt and pepper.

Step 3Combine egg and milk separately.

Step 4Dip into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs and cajun seasoning.

Step 5Heat oil in a skillet and cook cutlets 3-4 minutes per side.
