*Easy Breaded Pork Cutlet*

When I'm on a budget (which is always) I get pork cutlet from the store and the rest of the ingredients I usually have on hand already! This is super easy and makes the cutlet taste so good :)

  • 1 lb
    pork cutlet
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs (regular or italian)
  • 3 Tbsp
    canola oil

How to Make *Easy Breaded Pork Cutlet*


  1. Cut meat into four portions.
  2. Coat meat with flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Combine egg and milk separately.
  4. Dip into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs and cajun seasoning.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet and cook cutlets 3-4 minutes per side.
