How to Make Easy BBQ Pulled Pork
- Put your boneless pork (ask the butcher for a piece good for you) We serve 3-4 good eaters with about 2 1/2 to 3 lbs with left overs for lunches. Shoulder is good for this. Trim off a bit of the excess fat but keep some on for flavor. Rub it with the seasonings. Put it in your crockpot.
- Pour the soda over it and cook on low for about 8 hours (I do leave it in longer and it has always been fine)
- Remove the pork from the soda and place in a large bowl. Using two forks, shred the meat (and it will be easy to do) Top with your favorite BBQ sauce and serve with nice big rolls.
