easy baked sweet and sour pork steak
This is the quickest preparation with few ingredients. The result is a very tasty meal with easy clean-up, just one casserole dish, and a couple of measuring utensils. No greasy stove top to clean. Steak will be fork-tender and delicious, served with rice. I also baked some vegetables in the oven to serve with the steak. The recipe can be doubled for a family.
