  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 4
    pork chops
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 can(s)
    (small) of sliced mushrooms

How to Make Easy Baked Pork Chops with Gravy

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops on both sides in margarine. In a bowl mix and stir soup, evaporated milk, and water.
  2. Place pork chops in an oblong pan. Pour soup mixture over the top. Put sliced mushrooms over top. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
