I love to make easy dishes when I don't really feel like cooking and you can't get much easier than this.

pork rib chops, trimmed, 3/4"-thick
1/4 tsp
each salt and pepper
3 tsp
olive oil
onion, diced
1 tsp
minced garlic
1/3 c
orange juice
1/2 c
bbq sauce

How to Make Easy, baked BBQ pork chops


  • 1Heat oven to 400. Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper. Heat 2 tsp oil in oven-proof skillet, over high heat. Add chops, brown on both sides.
  • 2Remove chops to a plate. Add 1 tsp oil to skillet. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, cook 30 seconds.
  • 3Add orange juice and cook for about 1 min, or until liquid is almost evaporated. Stir in BBQ sauce. Place chops in skillet. Turn chops to coat w/ sauce. Place skillet in oven for 10 mins. Serve w/ sauce spooned over chops.
