Ingredients
- 2 cups applesauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 - boneless or bone-in pork chops (whichever you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make easy applesauce pork chops

Step 1In a bowl, combine applesauce, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar & ginger; mix well and pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish.

Step 2In a skillet, brown pork chops in butter.

Step 3When browned on both sides, place pork chops in baking dish over the applesauce mixture.

Step 4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
