Found this recipe written down in my kitchen, not sure where I found it or where it came from, but it was delicious!

1/3 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 tsp
ground ginger
boneless or bone-in pork chops (whichever you prefer)
2 Tbsp

How to Make Easy Applesauce Pork Chops


  • 1In a bowl, combine applesauce, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar & ginger; mix well and pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish.
  • 2In a skillet, brown pork chops in butter.
  • 3When browned on both sides, place pork chops in baking dish over the applesauce mixture.
  • 4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
