Ingredients

  • 2 c
    applesauce
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 4
    boneless or bone-in pork chops (whichever you prefer)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make Easy Applesauce Pork Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. In a bowl, combine applesauce, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar & ginger; mix well and pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown pork chops in butter.
  3. When browned on both sides, place pork chops in baking dish over the applesauce mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
