easy and delicious oven-barbecued ribs
These are really really simple to make, and oh my goodness they are the most falling off the bone, tender, sweet and tangy, scrumptious ribs! Everyone just loves them and thinks I slaved all day and night to prepare them! Sometimes I will make my own homemade barbecue sauce but it does work fine with whatever brand you prefer. I use a Kansas City style sauce because I like the sweetness of it! Also you can use country or Western style ribs if you prefer.

Step 1Cut Ribs into Quarters.
-
Step 2Place ribs in a zip lock back and cover with Italian dressing.

Step 4Drain and wrap ribs in aluminum foil. Bake in oven at 315 degrees for 3-4 hours or until ribs are very tender.
-
Step 5Drain liquid off of ribs and unwrap. Lay them flat in foil lined pan.
-
Step 6Mix barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Brush ribs on both sides with barbecue sauce. Place under broiler and broil for 5 minutes on each side, until sauce is set. This step can be done on the grill over hot coals if you prefer, and I usually do!
