Ingredients
- 4 ounces no yolk noodles
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 cups chopped, cooked ham
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1 - 10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces lite sour cream
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make easter ham casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed, drain.

Step 2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add ham, green bell pepper, onion and celery. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins. Remove from heat.

Step 3Stir in soup, sour cream and pasta. Pour mix into baking dish. Cover, cook 25 mins. Uncover, sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 5 mins more.
