- 2 - stalks celery -- diced
- 2 medium potatoes -- diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 (15 oz) ounce chili beans
- 1 can rotel
- 1 (15 oz) can chicken broth
- 1 package taco seasoning

Step 1Brown meats with the veggies in the dutch oven.

Step 2After meats are browned add the rice, rotel, beans, broth, seasonings, and chicken broth.

Step 3Let it cook in the dutch oven for 30 minutes or so on medium heat.
