Ingredients

  • - 3 lbs. of spare ribs
  • - dry rub:
  • - ½ tsp. ground turmeric
  • - ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • - ½ tsp. ground cloves
  • - 1 tsp. salt
  • - 1 tsp. cumin
  • - ½ tsp. black pepper
  • - 1 tsp. jamaican curry
  • - 1 tsp. brown sugar

How To Make dry rub spare ribs

  • Step 1
    Combine all of the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl and mix. Rub the ribs with the dry rub and place in a zip-lock bag or in a covered bowl in the refrigerator over- night. Preheat the oven 350 degrees: Place the ribs in a baking pan. Cover the pan with tin foil and bake for about 2 hours, untouched.
