These ribs come out moist, tender and tasty every time. If you like them a little spicier increase the red pepper flakes. If you like them sweeter adjust the brown sugar. In other words season to suit your tastebuds.

rack pork ribs, approx. 12 bones
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp
mustard powder
2 tsp
3 tsp
brown sugar

How to Make Dry Rub Pork Ribs


  • 1Preheat oven to 325°F
  • 2Cut pork ribs into sections of 3 or 4 bones
  • 3Mix remaining ingredients well, sprinkle on both sides of ribs and rub into the meat.
  • 4Seal rib sections in foil with a tablespoon of water in each package, and bake for 2 hours on a cookie sheet in the center of the oven. Open foil carefully as steam escapes.
