Ingredients

1boneless pork shoulder (about 2lbs.)

2 cjack daniels original barbecue sauce

1 tspseasoned salt

1 tspgarlic-pepper blend

1/2 tspground mustard

1 pkgoscar myer turkey kielbasa (14 oz.), sliced

1 pkgcoleslaw mix

1/2 ccoleslaw dressing

How to Make Double Meat Dudewich
- In medium bowl, mix 1 cup of barbecue sauce, seasoned salt, garlic-pepper and ground mustard. Place pork roast in slow cooker and pour barbecue mixture over the roast. 1 hour before pork is finished, place the sliced turkey kielbasa into slow cooker and cover and cook for 1 hour longer. When pork is done, discard liquid and shred pork roast in large bowl. Add remaining 1 cup barbecue sauce.
