Ingredients

8 large
pork chops, 1 inch thick
1 gal
large resealable plastic bag
3/4 c
ketchup
3/4 c
maple syrup
1/4 c
worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp
butter
3 tbsp
prepared mustard
2tbsp
vegetable oil
2 tbsp
vinegar
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
ground cloves
1/4 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Place chops in bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. When cool,pour sauce over chops and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.Preheat grill to medium heat.Remove chops from bag.Grill about 25 minutes,turning and basting frequently with sauce.Pour remaining sauce into a small saucepan.Bring to a boil over medium heat; serve with chops. makes 8 servings
