Ingredients For donna's pork chops

  • 8 lg
    pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • 1 gal
    large resealable plastic bag
  • 3/4 c
    ketchup
  • 3/4 c
    maple syrup
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp
    butter
  • 3 tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 2tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make donna's pork chops

  • 1
    Place chops in bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. When cool,pour sauce over chops and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.Preheat grill to medium heat.Remove chops from bag.Grill about 25 minutes,turning and basting frequently with sauce.Pour remaining sauce into a small saucepan.Bring to a boil over medium heat; serve with chops. makes 8 servings
