Ingredients
- 8 large pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 1 gallon large resealable plastic bag
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp - butter
- 3 tbsp - prepared mustard
- 2tbsp - vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp - vinegar
- 1 tsp - salt
- 1/4 tsp - ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp - black pepper
How To Make donna's pork chops

Step 1Place chops in bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. When cool,pour sauce over chops and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.Preheat grill to medium heat.Remove chops from bag.Grill about 25 minutes,turning and basting frequently with sauce.Pour remaining sauce into a small saucepan.Bring to a boil over medium heat; serve with chops. makes 8 servings
