1 can(s)pillsbury thin pizza crust

3-4 ozproscuitto, thinly sliced

2-3roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

1/2 smallfresh fennel root, thinly sliced

1 smallonion, thinly sliced

4 ozportabella mushrooms, sliced

6-8 largefresh basil leaves, torn

4-6 ozfresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

1 tsproasted garlic powder
-
1 Tbspitalian seasoning, dried

3 Tbspevoo
-
1 pinchcrushed red pepper (optional)

How to Make Donna B's Italian Pizza
- Saute mushrooms in a large heated skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil until golden brown. Remove from skillet. Saute onion and fennel slices in 1 tbsp evoo until soft. Remove from skillet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a little olive oil spray on a large oven proof pan. Roll out pizza crust on pan. To Make your pizza: Start off with a layer tomatoes sprinkled with some of the italian seasoning and roasted garlic powder, cheese, basil, proscuitto, onion and fennel, mushrooms, more cheese and italian seasoning. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted. Nice and gooey!
