A recipe i found on youtube from themakeupvirgin I changed it up just a little bit.

  • 1 c
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 pkg
    ramon season
  • 4-6
    italan sausages
  • 1/2 pkg
    polish sausage
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    cajun seasoning

How to Make Dirty rice


  1. Boil rice and ramon season in chicken broth
  2. Cut up polish sausage and stir fry in seperate frying pan with a little olive oil set aside when done.
  3. Take skin of italian sausages and stir fry with onions and celery.
  4. Mix rice polish sausages and italian sausage mixture together with all your seasonings.
