How to Make Dirty Rice Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef & sausage in pan until brown.
  2. Combine rice, soups, onion, pepper, celery into a large bowl. Mix well and add meat mixture. I also add a jalapeno pepper and creole seasoning. After they are well mixed put into a 7 by 11 casserole. Cover tightly with foil.
  3. Preheat oven to 350, cook casserole for 1 1/2 hour, do not open oven and do not remove foil.
