When my Father got a divorce many years ago He asked for "custody" of this recipe. That is how good it is !

Ingredients

5 cups - chopped celery
1 - chopped onion
1-2 - chopped green peppers
2 - envelopes lipton noodle soup
1 pound mild italian sausage
1 cup uncle bens long cooking rice
4 1/2 cups water

How To Make dirty rice

Step 1

Brown sausage while boiling soup for 7 min.

Step 2

Remove meat and brown rice in the grease for a few min.
Step 3

Mix soup, meat , rice and Veggys together in casserole dish. Cook at 350 for one and one half hours. Enjoy!
