How to Make Diet Friendly Barbeque Pulled Pork


  1. Slice onions and place in bottom of crockpot.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water to bottom of crockpot.
  3. Season with garlic salt and parsley seasoning and pepper.
  4. Place a boston butt pork roast on top of onions.
  5. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or until meat falls apart.
  6. Remove meat from crockpot. Trim and remove excess fat.
  7. Pull the pork apart with a fork and add Walden Farms Barbecue sauce to taste.
