How to Make Diet Friendly Barbeque Pulled Pork
- Slice onions and place in bottom of crockpot.
- Add 1/2 cup of water to bottom of crockpot.
- Season with garlic salt and parsley seasoning and pepper.
- Place a boston butt pork roast on top of onions.
- Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or until meat falls apart.
- Remove meat from crockpot. Trim and remove excess fat.
- Pull the pork apart with a fork and add Walden Farms Barbecue sauce to taste.
