Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup water
- - garlic salt with parsley
- - pepper
- - walden farms sugar free barbecue sauce
How To Make diet friendly barbeque pulled pork

Step 1Slice onions and place in bottom of crockpot.

Step 2Add 1/2 cup of water to bottom of crockpot.

Step 3Season with garlic salt and parsley seasoning and pepper.

Step 4Place a boston butt pork roast on top of onions.

Step 5Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or until meat falls apart.

Step 6Remove meat from crockpot. Trim and remove excess fat.

Step 7Pull the pork apart with a fork and add Walden Farms Barbecue sauce to taste.
