Started making this when hubby was diagnosed with diabetic. It’s remarkably better in my opinion than other recipes as the prominent taste is the ham. Making sure to not overcook to preserve the juiciness. My family loves this recipe.

- 5 pounds semi-boneless fully cooked ham
- 2 cups water
- 1 crockpot liner
How To Make diabetic friendly crockpot ham

Step 1* Remove casing from Ham if it has one.

Step 2* Place liner in crockpot

Step 3* Place ham in Liner with tie to seal steam

Step 4* Pour hot (preferably) water into bag

Step 5* Cook on HIGH for 3 – 4 hours, or on LOW for 7 – 8 hours {depending on size of ham} ~ be sure to not overcook!
