  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper

    italian bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
shredded mozzarella cheese, or a blended cheese
  • 2 Tbsp

    oil for frying

How to Make Delicious Boneless Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse chops and dry.
  2. Mix the first 7 ingredients ( minus the chops ) in a bowl; till well blended.
  3. In another bowl; blend the crumbs and cheeses.
  4. In a skillet; I use my iron skillet, preheat oil till when water hits it, it sizzles. It is ready then to fry the chops.
  5. Dip chops one at a time into the egg mixture.
  6. Then press into the crumb mixture; pressing on each side to evenly coat.
  7. Once they are well coated with crumb mixture on both sides, place in frying pan of hot oil.
  8. Fry your chops for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Then turn and repeat on the other side.
  9. Enjoy!
