Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 pound italian sausage, no casings
- 1 large head of cabbage chopped
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 medium can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons knorr tomato -chicken bouillion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make deconstructed cabbage rolls

Step 1In large pot brown hamburger and sausage until no longer pink. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add cabbage and all remaining ingredients. Stir well to make sure mixture is combined.

Step 2Cover and cook on low heat until rice is tender between 30-40 mins. Stir during cooking to prevent sticking.
