1/4 ccornmeal

46 ozvegetable juice

1 Tbsppaprika

2 tspworcestershire sauce

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspbrown sugar

2 canstewed tomatoes

3 Tbspchili powder

1 Tbspcumin

1 tsponion powder

1 tspgarlic powder

3 tsphot sauce

3 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspgranulated garlic

4 Tbsponion, instant minced

1 lbitalian sausage, sliced into 1/2

1 lbground pork

1 canmexican beer
How To Make daytona beach chili

1Brown meat, onions and garlic in olive oil, drain.

2Return to pot and add all other ingredients.

3Bring to a boil.

4Turn heat down and simmer for about 2 1/2 hours.

5Mix the cornmeal and beef stock and add to pot.

6Cook this the day before it is served.

7CROCK POT: Place all ingredients in crock pot.

8Add meat and cook on high 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

9After 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low mix the cornmeal, if needed with the beef stock and add to pot.
