danny's boston ribs

After years of trying to take all the different rib flavors from across the country I have come up with this recipe. These are a sweeter rib with a bite of spice. They take time to make but are definitely worth the wait.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 1/2 clove brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped garlic
- 3-6 pounds beef ribs (or pork depending on taste)

Step 11.In mixing bowl, dissolve the brown sugar in the cider vinegar.

Step 22.Stir in the other ingredients. Mix well.

Step 33. In a roasting pan or large plastic container place ribs(amount depends on how many people you need to serve)Pour marinade mixture over ribs and wrap in foil and refrigerate.

Step 44.The next day, slow cook the ribs at 300 degrees for 3 hours.

Step 51.Remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Grill the ribs for approximately 10 minutes using "Navi's BBQ Sauce".
