After years of trying to take all the different rib flavors from across the country I have come up with this recipe. These are a sweeter rib with a bite of spice. They take time to make but are definitely worth the wait.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1/2 clove brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped garlic
  • 3-6 pounds beef ribs (or pork depending on taste)

How To Make danny's boston ribs

  • Step 1
    1.In mixing bowl, dissolve the brown sugar in the cider vinegar.
  • Step 2
    2.Stir in the other ingredients. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    3. In a roasting pan or large plastic container place ribs(amount depends on how many people you need to serve)Pour marinade mixture over ribs and wrap in foil and refrigerate.
  • Step 4
    4.The next day, slow cook the ribs at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
  • Step 5
    1.Remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Grill the ribs for approximately 10 minutes using "Navi's BBQ Sauce".
