After years of trying to take all the different rib flavors from across the country I have come up with this recipe. These are a sweeter rib with a bite of spice. They take time to make but are definitely worth the wait.

1 1/2 c
cider vinegar
1/2 clove
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
crushed red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
yellow mustard
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
fresh chopped garlic
3-6 lb
beef ribs (or pork depending on taste)

How to Make Danny's Boston Ribs


  • 11.In mixing bowl, dissolve the brown sugar in the cider vinegar.
  • 22.Stir in the other ingredients. Mix well.
  • 33. In a roasting pan or large plastic container place ribs(amount depends on how many people you need to serve)Pour marinade mixture over ribs and wrap in foil and refrigerate.
  • 44.The next day, slow cook the ribs at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
  • 51.Remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Grill the ribs for approximately 10 minutes using "Navi's BBQ Sauce".
