Dad's Ribs 'n Rice
Both his parents have passed on early in his life and in theirs. When we moved recently, I found his mother's cookbook. Each card was hand written or typed on her old manual typewriter. As I thumbed thru it I heard my husband's stories/ memories streaming off each page... each one seemed a treasure.
This one is his Father's "Ribs n Rice".

I was really surprised at how good this ribs recipe is with minimal ingredients. This cut of meat tends to be a little tough, but cooking it this way makes it just fall apart. It gets nice and caramelized. The glaze is a bit tangy, slightly sweet and perfect. Everyone will love this! The Test Kitchen
