This is the way my dad made pork chops. We always loved it even my husband liked it. Best served over mashed potatoes or rice.

    pork chops (bone in)
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Dad's Pork Chop


  1. Rub garlic and salt all over the pork chops. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Set aside for 2 hours.
  2. Fry pork chops in a little bit of oil. Serve with potatoes or rice with the side of stir fried beans.
