How to Make Dad's Firehouse Pork Chops
- 1First place 1/2 of the Sauerkraut in the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking pan
- 2Place Chops on top of Sauerkraut and brush with the Mustard, then sprinkle with Black Pepper.
- 3Place remaining Sauerkraut on top of chops and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for one hour. Uncover when there is 15 mins cook time left.
- 4This goes very well with Baked Potatoes and Green Beans.
