jeff and i came up with this recipe........... they were sooooooooooooooo good!!!!! took time but was well worth it......

1 large
whole rack of pork ribs
1/3 c
jarred minced garlic
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
black pepper
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1 Tbsp
onion powder
2 Tbsp
liquid smoke
1 tsp
jerk seasoning
2 tsp
dried celery leaves
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1/4 c
light brown sugar
2 c
apple cider
1/4 c
1/3 c
white vinegar
1 large
piece candied ginger,grated fine
1 bottle
yur fav b'bque sauce


1take all ingrediants from garlic to ginger and mix well in a bowl do this the night before cover and put in fridge overnight
2pre heat oven to 275 spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray line well with foil extra long you are gonna seal ribs in it
3next mornin take ribs and put in marinade at least and hr... now brush more on ribs and seal in foil... put in oven bake 1 hr remove from oven turn ribs over baste all again do this every hout for 6 hrs
4durin last hr in oven fire up the grill when hr is up once again brush ribs both sides with marinade and place on grill cook bout 20 min flip over cook 20 min more now add botteled b'bque sauce cook 10 min flip add more sauce cook 10 min more now meat should be fallin off the bones enjoy
5we had this with baked beans, slaw, and blueberry cheesecake.............
