Ingredients
- 1 pound kielbasa cut into angle slices
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown gravy powder from a gravy packet
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes for serving
How To Make curried kielbasa & peas

Step 1Add oil to a skillet. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the Kielbasa and cook until browned.

Step 2Mix the water with the powdered gravy mix. Add to the Kielbasa mix. Add the Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, and mango chutney.

Step 3Add the peas and cook until the peas are warmed. Mix the cornstarch with water and stir in to thicken

Step 4Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
