Ingredients
- 2 - potatoes, scrubbed and sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1.5 cups sauerkraut, rinsed, drained
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 - pork chops, thick, trimmed

How To Make crockpot sweet/sour kraut with pork chops

Step 1Put potatoes in crockpot.

Step 2Top with chopped onion.

Step 3Combine sauerkraut, (1 can) with brown sugar and pineapple juice.

Step 4Spoon over potatoes.

Step 5Top with pork chops which have been trimmed of fat.

Step 6Season with pepper to taste.

Step 7Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.

Step 8Serve with rye bread and microwave baked apples.
