crockpot stuffed cabbage casserole
I usually use 1/4 cup of brown sugar & a dash of cinnamon (to counter act the acid of the tomatoes)... add when adding the tomatoes.... This is so much easier to do than actually making stuffed cabbage. Hope you enjoy it...

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1 - onion ,chopped
- 3 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- - seasoned salt, pepper, parsley flakes to taste
- - dash of worchester sauce,hot pepper flakes
- 1 - head of cabbage sliced
- - prepared rice( i cook mine in chicken broth)
How To Make crockpot stuffed cabbage casserole

Step 1Brown meats & 1/2 chopped onion. Drain off fat.

Step 2Place all ingredients including meat mixture in large crockpot. Mix well.

Step 3Cook on low 8-10 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over prepared rice.
