Crockpot stuffed cabbage casserole

I usually use 1/4 cup of brown sugar & a dash of cinnamon (to counter act the acid of the tomatoes)... add when adding the tomatoes....

This is so much easier to do than actually making stuffed cabbage. Hope you enjoy it...

ground beef
1/2 lb
pork sausage
onion ,chopped
3 can(s)
stewed tomatoes
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1/3 c
brown sugar
seasoned salt, pepper, parsley flakes to taste
dash of worchester sauce,hot pepper flakes
head of cabbage sliced
prepared rice( i cook mine in chicken broth)

How to Make Crockpot stuffed cabbage casserole


  • 1Brown meats & 1/2 chopped onion. Drain off fat.
  • 2Place all ingredients including meat mixture in large crockpot. Mix well.
  • 3Cook on low 8-10 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over prepared rice.
