Ingredients
- 1 4-lb - pork shoulder roast
- 2 medium - onions, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cup water
- 1 16-oz bottles barbecue sauce or 2 cups homemade
- 1 cup chopped onion
How To Make crockpot pulled pork

Step 1Place half of the thinly sliced onions in bottom slow cooker; add pork and water, along with remaining onion slices.

Step 2Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Drain liquid from slow cooker, shred meat and place back in cooker. Add barbecue sauce and chopped onion. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours longer. Stir occasionally. Serve with warm split buns and coleslaw.
