Crockpot Ham and Potatoes

This is a good way to use leftover ham. It is very easy with a wonderful combination of flavors. You can make as much or as little as you need.

cream of mushroom soup
med. potatoes (i prefer red)
ham slices
black pepper
onion, sliced

How to Make Crockpot Ham and Potatoes


  • 1Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Layer as listed: peeled, sliced potatoes, sliced onion, sliced ham pieces, spoon over 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, repeat layers. If you have any ham liquid, put on top. Pour in about 1/2 mushroom soup can of water. Cook on high until bubbly, about 30-45 minutes. Turn on low and cook until potatoes and onion are tender and liquid is thickened. (Add more water if liquid becomes too thick during cooking.)
