This is major easy to throw together. You all so could make this as a pot luck dinner. Just bring your crock and your off. I all ways use to bake mine in the oven. NO MORE..You dont have to boil the pepppers.. They come out perfect.. I created this my self. I love it. I use to cook the rice. then i got this brain storm. Used the rice a roni box... let me know if you will like..I love to make new recipes making semi home cooking..lol

Ingredients

    1 half to 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 box
    rice a roni spanish rice.. use every thing do not cook it
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic minced
  • ·
    salt & pepper to your liking
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • 4
    whole bell peppers cleaned and cut in half..make 8 halfs
  • 1
    large spaghetti sauce of your choice.. i use my homemade or i use classico...very good.

How to Make Crockpot Easy Stuff Pepppers

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix spanish rice and spice packet right from box.. do not cook it.., beaten egg, garlic and salt & pepper with your hands..
  2. Then put in half peppers like i have done in picture. And put in crockpot as i have done.
  3. Tthen pour sauce over peppers.. Cover then cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.. depends on YOUR crock pot.. Mine will do it in 6.. I have tons of crock pot.. ther all different.

  5. My plate with mash potatoes and corn and sauce ..lol.. sooo yummy...
