- 1 pork tenderloin, around 1 lb
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 cup sour orange juice (in ethnic aisle, latin)
- 3 key limes, halved (throw them in this way)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper

Step 1Place everything in a crock pot. Cook on high 4 hours or low 7 hours. Should be fork tender when done.
