Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork, boneless and cubed
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 - carrots
- 4 - potatoes
- 2 - onions
- 1 - apple
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup flour
How To Make crockpot cider pork stew

Step 1Cube boneless pork, slice onions and carrots, quarter potatoes and chop the apple.

Step 2Combine 3 tablespoons flour, salt, thyme and pepper, toss with meat.

Step 3Put carrots, potatoes, onion and apple in cooker.

Step 4Top with meat cubes.

Step 5Combine apple cider and vinegar, pour over meat.

Step 6Cover, cook on low for 10-12 hours.

Step 7Turn cooker to high and blend 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup cold water, blend well.

Step 8Stir into liquid in crockpot.

Step 9Cover, cook 15 minutes or until thickened and season to taste.
