Ingredients
- 4 - boneless pork chops
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 15 ounces chicken broth
- 4 ounces green chilies
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 packages pork gravy
- 1 pound tomatillo's, chopped
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- - onion powder, to taste
- - salt, to taste
- - pepper, to taste
- - jalapeno pepper, to taste
How To Make crockpot chili verde

Step 1Put pork chops in crock pot. Mix chicken broth and gravy in large bowl. Add rest of ingredients to broth and gravy mix. Pour over meat.

Step 2Cook on high 4 hrs or low 7-8 hours.

Step 315 minutes before done, mix some flour & water together till smooth. Wisk into chili verde till smooth. Shred any pork that isn't already shredded. Cover and cook on high 15-20 minutes.

Step 4Put some verde inside a warmed tortilla, add some cheese. Wrap up buritto-styled, put more verde on top and add sour cream, guacamole, cheese, olives, etc. Serve with mexican rice and refried beans.
