Got this one from my mother-in-law. Cooking in the crockpot makes is very easy.

boneless pork chops
1 large
onion, sliced thin
3 clove
garlic, chopped
15 oz
chicken broth
4 oz
green chilies
1 tsp
ground cumin
2 pkg
pork gravy
1 lb
tomatillo's, chopped
green pepper, chopped
1/2 c
cilantro, chopped
onion powder, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
jalapeno pepper, to taste


1Put pork chops in crock pot. Mix chicken broth and gravy in large bowl. Add rest of ingredients to broth and gravy mix. Pour over meat.
2Cook on high 4 hrs or low 7-8 hours.
315 minutes before done, mix some flour & water together till smooth. Wisk into chili verde till smooth. Shred any pork that isn't already shredded. Cover and cook on high 15-20 minutes.
4Put some verde inside a warmed tortilla, add some cheese. Wrap up buritto-styled, put more verde on top and add sour cream, guacamole, cheese, olives, etc. Serve with mexican rice and refried beans.
