My friend Carol suggested this recipe to me. She used a cup of water in this recipe but I used white wine instead. This is such an easy tasty recipe. Using the reynolds slow cooker bag makes clean up a snap!

How to Make Crockpot Boston Butt

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place a reynolds slow cooker bag in the crockpot.
  • 2Slice a large vidalia onion and place in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • 3Add 8 ounces of cooking wine.
  • 4Salt and Pepper the onions
  • 5Place the Boston Pork Butt on top of the onions. Salt and Pepper the roast.
  • 6Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours depending upon the size.
  • 7Presto!
