My friend Carol suggested this recipe to me. She used a cup of water in this recipe but I used white wine instead. This is such an easy tasty recipe. Using the reynolds slow cooker bag makes clean up a snap!

- 1 - boston pork butt
- 1 large onions, vidalia sliced
- 8 ounces white wine
- - salt
- - pepper
How To Make crockpot boston butt

Step 1Place a reynolds slow cooker bag in the crockpot.

Step 2Slice a large vidalia onion and place in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Step 3Add 8 ounces of cooking wine.

Step 4Salt and Pepper the onions

Step 5Place the Boston Pork Butt on top of the onions. Salt and Pepper the roast.

Step 6Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours depending upon the size.
