Ingredients

  • 2-4 lb
    pork spare ribs
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 large
    yellow onions
  • 1 1/2 c
    bbq sauce
  • 1/2 c
    water, as needed

How to Make Crockpot BBQ Pork Ribs

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the ribs into smaller sections, and brown them on both sides in cooking oil. Season with salt & pepper while browning. Place the ribs into your crockpot.
  2. Saute' onions and garlic in the drippings left from browning the ribs. Add sauteed onions to crockpot, along with BBQ sauce and water (as needed). Cook on low
    6-8 hours.
